Sample Prevention Program

This program is designed to include sets and reps of exercises that can be included in a prevention program. It includes exercises that incorporate strength, neuromuscular retaining, and plyometrics. It also provides cues to limit compensatory strategies.

This program has been created for the purpose of providing an example of what a prevention plan can look like. It has been created from the culmination of research listed on this site but has not been tested in clinical trials as proof of ACL reduction.
